Our signature blend of SOFT TENCEL™ is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. TENCEL™ branded Lyocell fibers are produced by environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood. TENCEL™ lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, TENCEL™ branded fibers can offer a range of features including botanic origin, sustainable production, gentleness of skin, long-lasting softness, silky smoothness, enhanced breathability, color retention and biodegradability. Unique physical properties of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers lead to their great strength, efficient moisture absorption.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Tianello garments are always prewashed or garment dyed so they are always "Pre-Shrunk". Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low. Warm, steam iron (if needed).

For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

THE STORY

Our pullover Devon tunic top features a band V-neck that is reinforced with backside facing for extra durability. The ¾ length sleeves are finished with simple fold-over hems. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.
Rayon, or Viscose Rayon, was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. We also love how vibrantly the colors appear on this fabric, enriching our garments with vivid hues.

Our sublime French Batik fabric print draws inspiration from the ancient art form of resist dyeing, commonly known as “batik”. Dating back to 4th Century BC Egypt, this technique was also practiced in Asia, Africa and Australia, but has since been highly developed in Indonesia. Batik is prized for its intricate patterns and almost endless color palette. Our “French Batik” rendition here features a blockprint styled, floral landscape rendered in naïve artistry.
