A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wear ability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. These knit fabrics provide form-fitted styling since their elasticity permits them to follow the body’s curvature. Our Cotton Blend Knit Jersey here has a soft-textured hand, it drapes beautifully on the body (affording long wearing comfort), is easy to care for, and it is also wonderfully wrinkle resistant. This fabric is also suitable for manufacturing into a variety of body styles designed for women's knit apparel.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low. Warm, steam iron (if needed). Dry Clean OK.

We wash or garment dye the garment before you buy it which preshrinks the fabric.
Silk fiber is actually very stronger than Cotton fiber. What makes silk delicate is if it is very shear. Shear silk can snag easily! The main reason people dry clean silk is so the garment does not shrink because most silk garment makers do not build in the shrinkage by pre washing to pre shrink…..
