For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. Our Cotton Blend Jersey Burnout is lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body, and it has just enough stretch across the grain for added comfort and wearing ease. This quality fabric features a stylish burnout design that provides a soft textured surface with a subtle semi sheer effect, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles fashioned for women's clothing.
The process

We first knit the fabric, Then we burn out a design on the fabric. Next we Print one of our amazing "One of a kind" prints on the burned out knit jersey fabric. Now the fabric is ready to be cut and sewn into your favorite style. Finally, when the garment is sewn we overdye the color into the garment. Now the garment is preshrunk and ready to be delivered to you!

THE STORY

One of our best selling body styles is our woven Big Shirt, which is traditionally a Men's silhouette, but fashionably called the "Boyfriend Shirt" when donned by women. Primary design elements used in this wardrobe staple have origins reaching back to the early 1900's when women's apparel design embraced the contemporary ethic of clean lines and uncomplicated styling. Our rendition of this "chemise moderne" classic combines sensible styling with functional appeal, and it is crafted using natural fibered, eco-friendly TENCEL™ fabrics chosen for durability, comfort and minimal care.

Our Big Shirt features a traditional point collar with a button down front. Full length sleeves end with buttoning cuffs. The backside sports a classic yoke with a centered box pleat. This full bodied silhouette displays graceful draping front and back, affording its' wearer long wearing comfort. This premium Rayon blend fabric is a marvelous combination of knit refinement and practicality. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. The absorbency character of our Rayon blend also allows for superb garment dyeing, thus enriching our product with vibrant hues and deep colorations.

Industrial knitted fabrics afford form fitted styling since their elasticity permits them to follow the body’s curvature. This knit jersey fabric is suitable for manufacturing into a variety of body styles designed for women's knit clothing. Our jacquards have a soft, textured hand, providing long wearing comfort. Additionally, this fabric is easy to care for and is wonderfully wrinkle resistant.

Our expressive Tianello "HoneyComb" Knit Jacquard "Ballet" Dress doubles as a textural element while providing added visual interest to the garment. This unique weave features an intriguing woodblock motif design, in pattern repeat. Although this is not a reversible garment, the reverse side of the fabric shows a repeating hourglass design ingeniously formed by a puffed ribbon weave. For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wear ability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. Our Cotton Blend Jersey Burnout is lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body, and it has just enough stretch across the grain for added comfort and wearing ease. This quality fabric features a stylish burnout design that provides a soft textured surface with a subtle semi sheer effect, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles fashioned for women's clothing.

The process

We first knit the fabric, Then we burn out a design on the fabric. Next we Print one of our amazing "One of a kind" prints on the burned out knit jersey fabric. Now the fabric is ready to be cut and sewn into your favorite style. Finally, when the garment is sewn we over dye the color into the garment. Now the garment is preshrunk and ready to be delivered to you!

THE STORY

Our knit Toni Tunic Top was crafted using a Cotton Blend Jersey Burnout fabric chosen for long wearing comfort and minimal care.

Our pullover Tianello "Shailene" Print Knit Burnout "Toni" Tunic features a fitted frame with a generous band V-neck. The asymmetrical bottom hem comes to a point to the left side of the torso on the front, and to the right side of the torso on the backside. Those vogue thigh length hemline points provide a slight flare with body movement. The form-fitting ¾ length sleeves have simple fold-over trims, and there is subtle stitching throughout the tunic. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top, which is perfect for traveling, smart looking for the office, and would make a wonderful addition to your weekend wardrobe.
