Our pullover woven Shelby Blouse features a scoop neckline that is softened by a thin band of slightly gathered fabric, which prevents hard lines around the collar. Juliet cuffs adorn the ¾ length sleeves, which puff at the elbow, providing a feminine touch to this loose fitting silhouette. Gathered empire styling creates a tiered look that flares slightly to the hips, offering much appreciated comfort and wearability.
