With a 12 mommes weight factor, our Eco-friendly silk of choice is lightweight but is suitable for sewing into many body styles designed for women's silk clothing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach or Woolite). Tumble dry low, or line dry. Warm iron (silk setting). Dry Clean OK.

With easy care in mind, the "washable silk” fabric selected for this garment makes it a sensible fashion investment.

Our pullover "Ema" Blouse features a round neckline with a “split front” V-neck placket that is reinforced with triple-stitched detail. The round bottom hem falls well below the waistline and is fashionably longer on the backside. Full length sleeves are finished with a simple turn-under hem. For a stylish look the sleeves can also be rolled back toward the elbow and fastened with a buttoning tab. Additional design elements include a comfortable loose fitting frame, and subtle single needle stitching throughout the blouse.

For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wear ability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. These knit fabrics provide form-fitted styling since their elasticity permits them to follow the body’s curvature. Our Cotton Blend Knit Jersey here has a soft-textured hand, it drapes beautifully on the body (affording long wearing comfort), is easy to care for, and it is also wonderfully wrinkle resistant. This fabric is also suitable for manufacturing into a variety of body styles designed for women's knit apparel.
