FABRIC CONTENTS: 45% Tencel / 55% Linen
This signature blend of Tencel and Linen is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.
Linen textiles appear to be some of the oldest in the world, where examples found in Europe and Africa date back thousands of years old. For centuries linen has often been associated with wealth since it was mainly used by the upper classes of society. Linen is a bast fiber, made from the fibers of the flax plant, and it is labor-intensive to manufacture, thus produced in relatively small quantities. When fabricated, it is highly valued for its’ smooth texture, organic natural luster, and exceptional coolness in hot weather. A very durable and strong fabric, linen is one of the few that is stronger wet than dry, and it has no lint or pilling tendency. Nevertheless, the tendency to wrinkle is often considered part of the fabric’s “charm”, including its’ random “slubs” (small knots) that provide the aesthetic appeal of a natural product.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash cold with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, do not use Woolite, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low (do not use dryer sheets). Warm, steam iron. Dry Clean OK.

Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. We also love how vibrantly the colors appear on this fabric, enriching our garments with vivid hues.

Blending elegant styling with functional appeal, we have also crafted our Suzy Blouse using a natural fibered, eco-friendly Tencel & Rayon blend fabric chosen for long wearing comfort, durability and minimal care. Primary design elements used in this wardrobe staple have origins reaching back to the early 1900’s when women’s apparel design embodied the contemporary ethic of clean lines and uncomplicated styling. Our version here embodies several feminine touches that render this wardrobe staple a soft look to match the sumptuous drape of our signature Tencel fabric.
Our Suzy Blouse features a wide spread point collar that creates a sophisticated V-neckline that sweeps into a twin-stitched button down front. Long flattering darts shape the waist and flare at the hips, giving this fitted body style a tailored look. Both ¾ length sleeves flow into French square cuffs. Elegant draping flows down from the shoulders to a hip-length round bottom hem that sports fashionable side slits for added wearing comfort. Our classic Savoir Blouse features a traditional point collar with a triple stitched button down front. Full length sleeves end with buttoned square cuffs. A slim bodied fit with very rich draping provides long wearing comfort.
