FABRIC & CARE

 

FABRIC CONTENTS: 64% Tencel / 36% Rayon

This signature blend of Tencel and Rayon is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber.

Rayon, or Viscose Rayon, was the first manufactured textile fiber, invented in 1884 in France, but has been produced for global commercial use since 1905. Different from other man-made fibers, Rayon is not synthetic, being made from regenerated wood pulp, an Eco-natural, cellulose-rich raw material. Rayon's properties are renowned for their similarity to organic fibers such as cotton and linen. Rayon is soft, strong and absorbent, which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. We also love how vibrantly the colors appear on this fabric, enriching our garments with vivid hues.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Tianello garments are always prewashed or garment dyed so they are always "Pre-Shrunk" NO Dry Cleaning necessary. Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low. Warm, steam iron (if needed).

Our Tianello "Plus Sized" TENCEL™  Jacquard "Taylor" Jacket features a twin-stitched drapped style collar that sweeps down the front.  Elegant draping flowing to the hip-length square bottom hemline flatters the torso, giving this full bodied style a classic, almost season less look. Fashionable side slits afford subtle flare to the hips and added wearing comfort.  There is subtle stitching throughout the blouse. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top, which pairs easily with skirts, pants, leggings and designer jeans. This silhouette is great for traveling, and would make a smart addition to your office and weekend wardrobes.
