THE STORY
Combining sensible styling with bold fabric print artistry, we have also crafted our woven Mud Print Dynasty Blouse using a natural fibered, eco-friendly Tencel & Rayon blend fabric chosen for long wearing comfort, durability and minimal care. Attention is drawn to a dramatic "mud cloth" motif print to help express your own personal sense of style.
Our hip length Dynasty Blouse features a twin-stitched Mandarin collar that sweeps into a V-neck. The button down front sports reinforced seams. Long waistline darts flowing to the slightly rounded bottom hem flatters the torso, giving this fitted body style a classic, almost timeless look. Hemline side slits afford subtle flare to the hips as well as extra wearing comfort. Three-quarter length sleeves flow into band cuffs with ½" side slits. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile wardrobe staple, which pairs easily with skirts, pants, leggings and designer jeans. Our stunning ethnic Mud Print fabric pattern draws inspiration from West African mud cloth textiles, called "Bogolanfini", a language composite of bogo (meaning "earth"), lan (meaning "with"), and fini (meaning "cloth"). Production of this cotton fabric is an ancient home-craft, and finished Bogolanfini are an authentic traditional art form. Our distinctive Mud Print here includes elements and patterns that have no particular symbolic meaning other than to simply look beautiful.

Our signature blend of SOFT TENCEL™ is a wonderful combination of refinement and practicality. TENCEL™ branded lyocell fibers are produced by environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood. TENCEL™ lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape, along with a soft feel and suede-like finish. For the environmentally-conscious, TENCEL™ branded fibers can offer a range of features including botanic origin, sustainable production, gentleness of skin, long-lasting softness, silky smoothness, enhanced breathability, color retention and biodegradability. Unique physical properties of TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers lead to their great strength, efficient moisture absorption.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, do not use Woolite, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low (do not use dryer sheets). Warm, steam iron. Dry Clean OK.

Primary design elements used in this wardrobe staple have origins reaching back to the early 1900’s when women’s apparel design embodied the contemporary ethic of clean lines and uncomplicated styling. Our version here embodies several feminine touches that render this wardrobe staple a soft look to match the sumptuous drape of our signature Tencel fabric.
Our Suzy Blouse features a wide spread point collar that creates a sophisticated V-neckline that sweeps into a twin-stitched button down front. Such is our Tencel Savoir Blouse, which we have fashioned using our signature eco-friendly, natural fibered Tencel & Rayon blend fabric chosen for softness, durability and minimal care. Our classic Savoir Blouse features a traditional point collar with a triple stitched button down front. Full length sleeves end with buttoned square cuffs. For a stylish look the sleeves can also be rolled back toward the elbow and fastened with a buttoning tab. The backside sports a classic yoke that has a slight “V” shape. A slim bodied fit with very rich draping provides long wearing comfort. Additional style elements include twin front breast pockets, a round bottom “shirt tail” hem that falls to the hips, and subtle stitching throughout the top.
