That pride is well deserved. I had only met Steve in person for the first time a few weeks before, shortly after finally seeing the factory itself firsthand. The first thing I noticed was the fact that the factory is self-contained, part of the same building as the business office. I understood why when Steve explained that it was always a goal of Tianello as a company to sew its own garments, instead of using contractors. The result is direct control over the entire process, allowing a level of quality that other clothing lines have a hard time competing with. Tianello cares about customer satisfaction; retailers almost never have to return a Tianello product back to the factory.
